Sony Xperia ZU likely to be announced on July 4

Seen in a weird photo at the end of last week, the Sony Xperia ZU (or Xperia Z Ultra) could be officially announced a bit later than expected. Sony has sent out invitations to the French media for an event that will take place on July 4. The invitation clearly shows an ultra-thin device that resembles the on seen in the above-mentioned photo.
