After appearing alongside the Moto X on MotorolaÂ's website the other day, the yet to be announced Moto G showed up yet again. This time, an image of the smartphone, along with some alleged specs made the rounds on Twitter. Reportedly, the Moto G will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC with 1.5GHz quad-core CPU. The display is said to be a 4.7x720p unit.

A California woman, Cecilia Abadie, was cited by the state's Highway Patrol for speeding and distracted driving. Why the distracted driving charge. She wasn't speeding while talking on her cell phone or sending a text message, she was wearing Google Glass – the tech-enabled headset, which the officer claimed blocked her view. It's unclear whether she was using at the time of her speeding violation, or if the cop would have even bothered pulling her over for the headset alone.

The Holden Commodore ute, an Australia-only automotive icon, could be relegated to the history books in 2016 due to falling sales in the face of increased consumption of pick-up trucks imported from Japan and Thailand, News.com.au reports. 2015 Audi A3 Sedan priced from $29,900* (video)

One year after the all-new Audi A3 bowed in Europe, the US finally will get the 2015 A3 sedan in 2014, and the German automaker announced yesterday that it's priced from $29,900 (*not including $895 for destination). A bit later in 2014, the A3 Cabriolet will be released along with the S3 sedan. The A3 Sportback will be a 2015 model, though it will only be offered as a gasoline-electric hybrid. Oppo N1 Global Launch Is Apparently Next Month

Oppo, a Chinese manufacturer, announced the N1 only recently. On paper, it has enough specifications to rival devices from major global manufacturers. It appears that Oppo is aiming high with the N1 and that it might be looking to roll out the device globally. A presentation by the CynaogenMod team hints at the ETA of N1′s global launch, it may happen as early as next month.
The Oppo N1 launches in China towards the end of this week. It is actually the first smartphone that comes with the ability to install a custom CyanogenMod ROM without losing full warranty and community support.

iPad Air Price At Walmart Will Be $479

The iPad Air goes on sale in select markets, including the U.S., on November 1st. Apple still continues to offer the 16GB Wi-Fi only base model for $499, and there's a huge possibility that a lot of customers will line up outside its stores to purchase various models of the new tablet. The tablet will also be sold through Apple's retail channel and carrier partners. Walmart has decided to undercut Apple's MSRP by $20, the retailer has announced that it will sell the 16GB Wi-Fi iPad Air for $479.
Walmart hasn't said as yet if it will discount prices of other models of the iPad Air itself.

Japan Display unveils 12.1x4K tablet display

Today Japan Display introduced the world's first 12.1-inch 4K display. Even stretched over 12 inches the 3840x2160 pixel resolution results in the great 365ppi pixel density. The new display unit measures 273.7 x 164.6 x 1.96mm and offers viewing angles wider than 160-degree. It uses LTPS (low temperature poly silicon) technology, which enables the high ppi and keeps power consumption under control.

The rest of the 12.1x4K display specs include 1000:1 contrast, 500cd/m2 brightness and 3600mW power consumption with the backlight turned set at its maximum level.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Headed To AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Next Month

We recently saw leaked press shots of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini branded with both AT&T and Sprint logos, leading us to believe the long-awaited device was on its way to the U.S. in the very near future. It looks like the assumption was correct as Samsung is announcing today its Galaxy S4 Mini will be available in the U.S. starting next month.
Samsung didn't disclose when exactly we can expect the Galaxy S4 Mini to become available in the U.S., but in a press release sent out today, the company confirmed the device will be made available on AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and U.S. Cellular in two color options: Black Mist and White Frost.

HTC One max might be making it to AT&T after all

Contrary to the information from its announcement, the HTC One max might be making its way to AT&T after all. A press photo of HTCÂ's first phablet with AT&T branding made the rounds on Twitter, once again courtesy of @evleaks. Initially, Sprint and Verizon Wireless were the only US carriers to carry the HTC One max in the United States. Therefore, the appearance of the phablet in AT&T livery surely caught us by surprise.

If the rumor turns out to be the case, the phablet will likely join AT&TÂ's already impressive smartphone lineup before the holiday shopping season kicks off.

When Lauren Carter of Glen Ellyn, IL was in the market for her first car, she went for a Mazda3. Not a bad choice, but not necessarily remarkable on the surface. After all, Mazda sold 123,361 of them here last year alone. What she didn't know was that the car she bought was the 10 millionth Mazda had sold in the US over the course of its 43-year history here, since selling its first rotary-powered R100 here in 1970.
Rather than let the occasion pass with nothing more than a press release (like the one below), Mazda gave Lauren a brand-new 2014 Mazda3 to replace the 2013 model she had bought.

Apple's event is about to kick off and since relatively few people have invites, Apple will be livestreaming the show for fans, investors and gadget-lovers who want to see the new iPads unveiled. The event starts 10AM Pacific time. This adds up to 6PM UK time. Update:

If not, you can try one of the few unauthorized streams, but those have proven unreliable in the past. We'll post the ones we find here.

To recap, this event is expected to be iPad-centric – it will most probably bring the iPad 5 and despite some doubts earlier on, the iPad mini 2 with a Retina screen is also very likely to make an appearance.

It is no secret that Blizzard has been working on a DotA-like game for a while now which has been known as Blizzard All-Stars, at least until recently where the developer released a short trailer (check it out in the video above) in which they reintroduce the game as, Heroes of the Storm. The trademark for "Heroes of the Storm" was filed for a couple of weeks ago, and we guess that the name is now used for Blizzard's upcoming MOBA, although previously some speculated that it could be the name for an upcoming World of Warcraft expansion.
