A couple of weeks ago we reported about a mysterious HTC device that had been spotted in the Chinese phone database, the model carried a HTC 606W moniker. In December 2012 Automotive News published a piece on dealers unhappy with Carfax, alleging that the most well known used vehicle history reporting company had maneuvered itself into a monopolistic position. Dealers were paying the price for it by being charged more for Carfax reports than they'd have to pay for those from similar agencies, and there was nothing they could do about it. Now it will be for a judge to figure out: Automotive News reports that 120 dealers have joined a class-action lawsuit against Carfax over anti-competitive practices and violations of anti-trust law, and more are signing up to join the suit.

Bethesda Releases Their Second Teaser Video

The other day Bethesda released a video on Vine which was a teaser to an upcoming game, and now the company has released a new teaser video, also on Vine, further teasing fans about the upcoming announcement. Once again the teaser doesn't really tell us much, but does a great job "teasing" us, and once again just to reiterate, Bethesda's upcoming game is not Fallout 4 which many had wrongly assumed it would be as Pete Hines himself has dismissed that rumor. Others have speculated that it might be Wolfenstein, with some imagery in the previous teaser that suggested at that.

Blackberry Q10 Passes Through The FCC, Seems On Track For Spring Launch

Blackberry announced that the Q10 is expected to be available in April, and it looks like the Canadian company might be able to make that date after all. The Blackberry Q10 has recently passed through the FCC, meaning that a launch on US carriers is only a matter of time. So far there has not been any announcement by any of the major four US carriers about the availability of the phone, but over in Canada it has been rumored that the Q10 will launch on the 30th of April, which hopefully means that s US launch will not be too far behind.

With only a few days to go before the April 19th launch of the HTC One on AT&T and Sprint, our good friends at HTC were kind enough to send us a review unit to play with. We've managed to get our greasy fingers on the HTC One on several occasions already, but it's impossible to get a true sense of what the phone is capable of until you spend a few days with the device. The very first thing that impressed us with the AT&T HTC One was the phone's packaging. Typically, AT&T throws out HTC's packaging and uses its own boxes which come plastered with the networks gaudy orange color.

I will freely admit to struggling with why Subaru continues to stubbornly employ a boxer engine design while so few other automakers do the same. After all, with twice the number of cylinder heads and cams as a traditional inline four-cylinder engine, a boxer four is more complex, more expensive to manufacture and more cumbersome to service with few tangible benefits. Until recently, the company's engines struggled to meet the fuel economy numbers of its competitors while offering no real boon in horsepower or torque. Time Warner Cable nows makes some live programming on your iOS device available outside your home

Time Warner Cable has long had an app that lets you use your iOS device as an extra TV screen, but you've been limited to using it only when connected to your home network.  According to a press release issued yesterday by TWC, some of that programming will now be available on your iOS device even when you aren't at home.  According to the release:. “TWC TV content is now available while away from their home and features over 1,100 hours of On Demand TV shows and movies from 26 top-rated networks and up to 11 live TV news, sports and entertainment channels.
