We all know that the Motorola DROID 3 will be rolling out over at Verizon Wireless this Thursday, but how about the GSM crowd who might be hankering after a similar handset. Well, word has it that what seems to be a GSM-friendly model of said smartphone is already in the pipeline since something like that has hit the FCC, where it will feature solid support for GSM 850 and 1900 bands, in addition to WCDMA bands II and V that are all used by AT&T Stateside. If that isn't a crystal clear indication just yet, then I am not sure what is.
