So those living Stateside who cannot wait to get their hands around the HTC One X from AT&T (which will be released this coming May 6th), here is a bit of good news while you wait. No, the release date is not going to be expedited, but rather, there are whispers of a new software update that will upgrade the One X's software to version 1.28 upon installation. This particular software update does not appear to do much at first glance, addressing under-the-hood issues in the majority, although a more detailed list of bug fixes would be appreciated.
