If you're looking for a Windows Phone device but don't want to spend much and hate two-year contracts with carriers, this is for you. The Samsung Focus can now be had for just $214.99, unlocked and with free shipping. The Focus was part of the first batch of Windows Phones released in the US in late 2010, but since Microsoft basically hasn't changed its minimum hardware requirements for the platform since then, this is still a very capable device.
The Focus will work on both AT&T and T-Mobile, however 3G/HSPA/4G will only work on AT&T, so do keep that in mind when purchasing.
