You can now pre-order the new Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 digital camera in the US via B&H Photo. The camera retails for $498 and will begin shipping from March 15th. Specs-wise, the DSC-HX300 sports a 20.4MP BSI Exmor R CMOS sensor, a 50x optical zoom lens (24-1200mm equivalent), a 3.0-inch 921K-dot Xtra Fine Tiltable LCD, Sony's BIONZ Image Processor, an SD/SDHC/Memory Stick Duo card slot, 10fps Continuous Shooting and 1080p/60fps Full HD video recording with stereo sound.
