600 organisations plan action on climate change

As global climate talks enter final day, Climate Week sees record event registrations London, England - 7th December, 2012 - Over 600 schools, businesses and community groups have already registered to take part in the UK's Climate Week in March 2013. Their activities range from the Climate Week Challenge competition, to events showcasing new products and technologies for living and working more sustainably.This number is five times higher than it was at the same point in the campaign last year. Climate Week 2012 went on to culminate in 3,000 events so 2013 is expected to be even bigger.
