As well-known as Nissan is for sports cars like the 370Z and GT-R, it's also known on racing circuits for its formidable competition machinery. In fact, Nissan has just enjoyed one of its most successful racing seasons yet, and on the back of that season, it is releasing a new customer racing car. The Nissan 370Z Nismo RC packs an array of competition modifications. Its weight has been trimmed to 2,954 pounds and its 3.7-liter V6 engine juiced up to 355 horsepower – just slightly more than the street-legal Nismo Z. That power increase comes courtesy of a competition-spec exhaust and returned engine management.
