Google is now said to have about 43 million Google+ users already. That's an amazing count considering the search giant's social network went public only recently. However, it is still like a drop in the ocean against Facebook's 800 million users. Facebook has been actively pushing out updates including the wonderful TimeLine feature, revamped UI and much more. It was so dominantly discussed on the web that the public launch of Google+ social network was hardly noticed by many.
Google is striving hard to claim the top notch, and if the stats which come from the Paul Allen and Ancestry.com intersect with reality, Google+ is growing steadily.
