While the Windows Phone GDR2 update has made its way onto devices like the Nokia Lumia 925 and the Nokia Lumia 1020, it seems that there are some features in the update that were not found in the phone, although it is possible that they might be carrier-disabled, or they can only be accessed by developers to be used with third-party applications. These features include call and SMS blocking and the APIs for these features were found by developer Walking Cat when he attempted to compared the Windows Phone 8 emulator code to that of the GDR2 emulator code.
