Now that's a fast act. After buying a couple of patents from their pals at Mountain View, HTC, Asia's 2nd largest smartphone manufacturer, is going after their nemesis enemy Apple with a huge axe that's just been sharpened. Vengeance has never taste so sweet. The nine patents originated with Palm Inc., Motorola Inc. and Openwave Systems Inc., with Google taking ownership within the past year, according to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office records.
