Adobe Touch Apps Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Photoshop Touch. Today at its MAX 2011 conference in Los Angeles, Adobe unveiled numerous cool new products, and I was very impressed by the Touch Apps Suite, a family of six applications for Android tablets and Apple iPad. I really love d these apps at first sight, maybe because I am a designer: they are inspired by Adobe Creative Suite software which I am very familiar with.

Amazon Kindle Lighted Leather Cover hands-on

The Kindle Lighted Leather Cover is quite nice looking, with a glossy leather exterior available in four colors, and visible stitching around its border. Open the front flap and you'll be treated to a a soft, suede-like material, which should prove gentle on the reader's six-inch display. And really, at $60, it ought to be well-designed. After all, at that price it's almost as expensive as the $79 ad-supported Kindle. The case also adds considerable weight to the product - at 4.8 ounces, it's nearly as heavy as the 5.98-ounce Kindle.

Band on the run rocks Russia's freeways with crazy motorcycle

The desire to listen to tunes on the road has led to all sorts of innovations. It's where Motorola got its start, it's where eight-tracks lived and died, it was the impetus for the invention of satellite radio. But this, this is something new. Evidently tired of playing in their parents' garage, a teenage band in Russia has hit the road. But instead of a beat-up old jalopy or a tour bus, they strapped their gear to a motorbike and what looks like a purpose-built side-car and hit the open road. And played while in motion.
