Both Apple and Chinese company Proview have been butting heads for quite a while now regarding the iPad trademark, and in the latest update, it seems that Apple is claiming that Proview and its subsidiaries "tricked" Apple into signing the agreement in such a way that would leave the trademark open for dispute.
