Although it hasn't properly announced it, Motorola has recently presented its Verizon Droid 4 smartphone to Cnet, alongside its two new Xyboard tablets. The Droid 4 looks just like a Droid Razr with an added QWERTY keyboard. It features a 4 inch qHD display, LTE and global connectivity, 1GB of RAM, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8MP rear camera with full HD (1080p) video recording, front-facing camera, and 16GB of internal memory.
